How the two weeks run

Week 1
Measure, don't guess

Two meetings with the people who run the process every day. We record throughput times, case numbers and handovers, and where figures are missing we measure them instead of guessing.

Week 2
Get one candidate running

The strongest candidate gets built and runs on your real data. That answers the question a slide cannot: does it work in your environment, with your edge cases.

Hand over a decision basis

90 minutes with your team: what is worth it, what is not, what it costs, in what order. Afterwards you can continue with us, build it in-house, or drop it — with solid figures in hand.

The roughly 30 Mittelstand-Digital centres of the federal government advise SMEs on AI free of charge and independent of vendors. If you need a first orientation, start there — that is sincerely meant and costs you nothing.

The difference: the centres advise and train, they do not build or configure anything in your company. That is exactly the part where AI projects fail. This teardown ends with a running prototype on your data, not with a recommendation to try it.

And afterwards?

If the figures speak for it, the implementation programme follows: 8–12 weeks, from €12,000, two agents productive in your environment, handed over to your team. If the figures speak against it, we say so. Either way is a useful result.
