Paste in internal documents (manual, policies, SOPs). Employees ask questions, the assistant answers only from these documents, with source citations.

1. VACATION
- Every employee has 28 vacation days per year.
- Vacation requests are submitted via the HR portal and approved by the line manager.
- Submit at least 2 weeks in advance.

2. SICK LEAVE
- If you are ill, please notify your team lead by phone by 9:00 AM.
- Submit your sick note (AU) by the 3rd day of illness at the latest.
- If you are ill for more than 3 days, send the AU to HR.

3. HOME OFFICE
- Up to 2 days per week, by arrangement with your line manager.
- Technical equipment is provided by the company.
- Childcare during working hours is not permitted while working from home.

4. EXPENSES
- Travel costs are reimbursed up to the statutory limits.
- Submit expenses via the Travel tool, upload receipts as photos.

5. TRAINING
- Budget: 1,500 euros per employee per year.
- External training requires approval from the HR department.

6. IT SECURITY
- Change passwords every 90 days.
- Only install third-party software with IT approval.
- Do not hand company laptops to third parties.
